National Account Manager Foodservice UK

As National Account Manager Foodservice UK, you are the key contact for our strategic accounts within the hospitality and foodservice sectors. You understand what drives chefs, distributors, caterers, and decision-makers, and you know how to translate those insights into concrete opportunities and tangible results. You focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and brand experience — all in line with our vision on quality and innovation.

What are you going to do?

  • Develop annual account plans and maintain close contact with customers and prospects;
  • Achieve sales targets and respond to market developments within hospitality and foodservice;
  • Segment your customer base and develop targeted marketing and activation plans;
  • Organize presentations, training sessions, and tastings;
  • Act as a link between customers and internal teams, such as product development and marketing;
  • Communicate via social media about products, events, and innovations according to our guidelines;
  • Launch new products with well-founded plans and monitor sales performance;
  • Analyze data, translate insights into actions, and align with internal stakeholders.

What do we ask of you?

You are a commercial talent with strong persuasive skills, always spotting and seizing opportunities. You’re customer-focused, conceptually strong, and a natural networker. In addition, you bring:

  • Residence in the United Kingdom, as you’ll primarily work from there and only occasionally visit our site in the Netherlands;
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience);
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment within the foodservice industry;
  • A strong network within the foodservice or hospitality market;
  • Fluent command of the English language;
  • Experience with CRM systems and social media in a business context;
  • Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented mindset;
  • The ability to convince and engage both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Willingness to organize and lead trainings, presentations, and events.
